All payments to be received
upon agreement of proof and before order is completed.
Proofs are emailed as a low resolution pdf format. I do not add 'copyright' or 'proof' or any form reference to the proofs as I feel they interfer with the design.
Please note colours on the pdf may vary slightly to te printed version.
Unfortunately due to all orders being personalised refunds are not available.
All emails / orders will be responded to within 48hrs.
Please allow plenty of time for Christmas Orders, no responsibilty is taken for late orders and the postal system.- especially for calenders which take a bit longer to create
Please ensure all photographs being sent in the post are sent special delivery and I will return them with your order.
Postage for international orders are arranged on a bespoke basis
